In today's job market, companies look for things that make a person stand out: our organization is one such thing.

Our members get unique opportunities to display their talents and accomplishments to recruiters in ways most others will not. This can happen in a number of different ways. For one, there are dozens of companies actively looking to hire for internships or full-time positions at our competition. This is a chance that only people who are part of this type of competition get. Furthermore, our team has a number of sponsors who partner with us in part to have access to individuals they may want to hire.

Our organization gives members a unique opportunity to get real-world hands-on experience. This is due to a number of things our members get access to, including but not limited to:

• Industry-level software (SolidWorks, Altium365, Ansys Suit, GT Suit)
• Welding equipment and training.
• 3D printers
• A wide array of tools and machines

These opportunities help our members develop their skills and prepare them to enter the workforce.

We are looking for people who are:

• Committed to our mission
• Independently driven
• Open to learning new things

Some of the roles we are especially looking for people to fill:

• People interested in our electrical systems.
• People interested in the business and finance side of the team.

While these are some things we are looking for, they are not requirements. The team is open for anyone to join: any major, any year.
